Layla Dias is one of over 30 different local artists to participate in the Arcata Rising benefit concert put on by Humbrews in response to the devastating fire that took out seven businesses and multiple apartments upstairs in downtown Arcata on January 2, 2026. Before the weekend long event from January 30th - February 1st, Layla went on two different local Humboldt radio stations to promote her set and draw awareness towards the power music has to bring a community together to create mutual aid in times of crisis.
